9:52 AM:

“Cinnamon caramel apple” oatmeal with berries & granola; coffee
“Cinnamon caramel apple” my left toe.
12:13 PM:

Broccoli cheese stuffed spaghetti squash; orange; Cheeze-Its Grooves (I keep calling them ‘Ridges’ – oops) white cheddar
This looks less than appealing, but it’s even better reheated.
3:44 PM:

Vanilla cupcake
Whoops, forgot to take a pic before taking a bite. A sweet co-worker brought in cupcakes today, and who I am to turn him down? What am I, a monster? (Apparently, because I only ate about 2/3 of this and tossed the rest…WHO AM I!!)
7:42 PM:

Chipotle salmon salad
That salmon salad from a couple weeks ago was so tasty I decided to repeat it for dinner tonight – this time Jeff was home, so I made up two separate salads and split the salmon between them (Jeff doesn’t like anything avocado – again, WHO DID I MARRY – so I skipped the green goddess on his and dressed it with some surprisingly decent refrigerated pomegranate vinaigrette).
8:49 PM:
When I went to the grocery store to pick up salad ingredients tonight, I noticed this new ice cream – it’s another Halo Top knockoff with 180 calories for the entire half-pint. This one does include sugar alcohol which I don’t love, but it’s made with real milk and came in interesting-sounding flavors (this one was brown butter ice cream with salted caramel ribbons). The packaging also looked…nicer, somehow, so I decided to give it a shot. It wasn’t terrible…in the “fake ice cream” realm, I’d rate it slightly higher than Halo Top, slightly lower than Enlightened, and significantly lower than that Ben & Jerry’s low cal line (although that really probably shouldn’t count). Jeff liked it, and I don’t think he even realized it was “diet ice cream.”
